How to Request Account Deletion

To request permanent deletion of your MarkAI account, email us from the email address linked to your MarkAI account.

  1. Send an email to support4getmarkai@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete My MarkAI Account.
  3. Include your registered email address, phone number if used, and business name if available.
  4. Our team may contact you to verify ownership of the account before deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted

After successful verification, MarkAI will permanently delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, where deletion is technically and legally possible.

  • Account profile details such as name, email address, and phone number if provided.
  • Business profile information saved in MarkAI.
  • Marketing preferences and onboarding details.
  • AI prompts entered by you and generated marketing content linked to your account, where stored.
  • Uploaded business logo or images linked to your account, where stored.
  • Campaign history and credit usage records linked to your account, unless retention is legally required.

Verification Before Deletion

For your security, we may verify that the deletion request comes from the account owner. We may ask you to confirm your registered email address, business name, phone number, or other account details before processing the request.

Please do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details, or any sensitive payment information in your deletion request.

Legally Required Data Retention

Some information may be retained for a limited period if required by law, accounting rules, tax obligations, fraud prevention, payment dispute handling, security, or compliance requirements.

Examples may include payment records, invoices, Razorpay transaction references, subscription records, security logs, support records, and records needed to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations.
